Airswift is working with one of our major Oil and Gas clients to find a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Moncton, NB.
Responsibilities
The Customer Service Representative provides essential support by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and processing orders. This role involves preparing correspondence and other communications to fulfill customer needs and ensure their satisfaction. Familiarity with common industry practices and procedures is crucial. The candidate will follow specific instructions and guidelines to execute job responsibilities effectively. This position requires moderate supervision and the ability to identify issues, with occasional support needed for resolution.
This position demands a high level of expertise in managing complex and challenging customer service tasks. The Customer Service Representative will assume responsibility for thorough research on customer accounts and handle tasks of increased complexity. Additionally, this role includes providing supervision, training, and mentoring to other customer service staff members.
